The only thing that is troubling about the property is when the rental office says they are going to do something about an issue and then drags their feet and eventually nothing happens (ie: picking up after your pets)

during our rental period with Satyr Hill we enjoyed the area and the apartment. There were small issues with repair scheduling and repairing the correct issues due to the fact that they use a call center for scheduling rather than calling into the office. They did go through a change in ownership since we were there and they were starting to replace the old windows with newer more efficient windows. We enjoyed the ground floor apartment, it was very efficient due to being partially under ground

Parking is terrible if you get home after 8pm any given night. Also, doors slam at all hours of the day & night. I complained & asked management to post a note to kindly ask residents not to slam doors & it never happened. However, the service for maintenance has greatly improved & the rom sizes are great!

Office Staff is truly Pro Active and works extremely hard in making sure MAINTENANCE is a priority. Always keeps a pleasant smile on their face and will make sure to address any concern that I have as a resident
