    Eileen the office manager was wonderful, very professional and down to earth. She was thorough and direct in answering all my questions while making sure the application was filled out correctly. Also was very helpful in writing down all the documents she needed from me to complete the application process! The apartments are both income restricted and Non which will dictate your rent cost, whats listed is a rough estimate not exact. The phones are very busy, if your having issues getting through to the office pop on by or send an email.

    I've contacted this place a few times never heard anything back. Even if there was nothing available at the time I still could have gotten a call or email something SMH!!!

    They were not responsive at all, left serval messages expressing my Interest and no call back, email nothing!

    Had a neighbor that had been a nuisance for months, overdose 2 doors down. He was gov't assisted and unless you fit that category I would stay away.
