Milford Station at Pikesville

I want everybody that is reading this review to please listen to me these apartments on this location is the worst place I have ever lived. First off the apartments are filled with some type of mold that runs from the bathrooms to the hallways. the apartment is full of mice everywhere. I have lived here for 7 years and they have not painted my apartment one time. The management of this location has to be the rudest person that has ever worked here. She will look you in your face and lie without cracking a smile. They get you in here and all they want to do is collect rent money they will even charge you a late fee on your rent when it was their fault the rent was late. You come home from a hard days work to be greeted by gang members smoking dope in the hallways. They say they have a pool but it is never ever open. The={='[=== maintenance worker will come into your apartment and leave whatever trash or mess they make for you to clean up.

I'm a tenant here at Milford Mill station when I was searching for a new home I had just lost a Aunt and a nephew and just lost another brother I met Darryl assistant property manager the warmth greeting was so over the top I decided I wanted to be a part of this community ,The property manager maintenance crew everyone was so pleasant even when it was time to complete my paper work Darryl remembered what I had gone through which helped make my transition so easy Thank you to the Milford Mill Station Apartment.

By far the worst place I have ever lived!! My home was left molded over a year. They do not fix anything, ever. Staff tells you lie after lie about servicing your apartment. "Pablo" the maintenance man is very rude and constantly lies about coming out to fix anything. Pool has not been opened since I moved here, all the closet doors are off track. Slide door is literally falling apart. Infested with mice, tubs peeling, walls are paper thin and hallways stink. I would rate it zero if able.

This place has mice. I asked for pest control and then came and set mice traps! There should be some type of preventative measure! Worst Apartment. Hate this place!

I was misinformed about my apartment noisey neighbors and dont have someone over you it sounds like it would come through the ceiling. If you reside on the end a Freight Train comes through in the middle of the night People smoking weed in the Halls and laundry room I wouldnt refer a dog. Well good luck Im out
