              I had high expectations before moving in and my experience has far exceeded those expectations. I am impressed by the sense of community and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Also the location is excellent.

              My husband and I have live at Residences at Pomona for around 7 years. We moved from a family home after 30 years. We are so pleased with living here. The apts are so spacious it was really easy moving from our 3 bedroom house to the apt. Having a guest bathroom is very helpful and allows us privacy. The balcony is huge and it's so nice to enjoy the cool evening breeze when we sit out there. The overall grounds are delightful. Trees and landscape makes walking very nice. We've never had an issue that wasn't handled within a day or two. Always handled professionally and to my satisfaction. There are so many things that we enjoy about living here including the car wash station and swimming pool. We are hoping to make this our retirement home.

              I am so happy that my apartment became available at the time I was looking! The staff is great to work with and the location is excellent for access to shopping, library, medical needs and main roads.

              What I love most about Pomona Apartments is the Privacy I passed this place many times over the years and never knew about it because of the serenity of the trees and keeps it blocked out from strangers it is very private. The mangement team and residence here are very kind and very nice I would recommend this place to anyone to make it your home...

              Residences at Pomona Park is one of the most organized, beautifully landscaped and tranquil communities I have lived in and visited ever. The entire leasing and maintenance team is amazing and always professional and prompt. The apartments and balconies are huge and there is nowhere else within the area with apartment home floor plans with 1400 square feet. I made the best decision ever relocating from VA and moving here to Pikesville, MD in the Residences at Pomona Park. One visit and you will fall in love as soon as you ride through the community and will lose your mind when you see the upgraded state of the art, energy efficient and simply gorgeous apartments.
