THE CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY PLEASANT!!! LOOKING FORWARD TO MOVING IN THIS YEAR!!!!

all are people are very rude in the office......they don't deserve work if they can't provide service properly. I'm very disappointed on them.

Lots of problems my apartment flooded 3 month ago I had to sleep in my car for a week they had so many machines going inside the apartment it was 95 degrees inside just because they refuse to change the carpet now my a/c doesnt work outside is nice but I'm on the ground floor and it's at 87 degrees my shower is leaking for 3 weeks now I put in a request for maintenance and all they did was to make it worst now there is a squiling noise really loud coming from the shower I ask the main office to send someone to shut off the water around 5 o'clock is midnight and I'm still waiting please don't rent in here I don't mind the mice and roaches but the heat makes me miserable

At the end of the day, I simply wish that I got more bang for my money. It sometimes bothers me that I have to go into the next building just to do laundry. They're able to build a new play area, dog park, fitness center and a Wifi cafe, but weren't able to put a washing machine in each building. They've got to better. As far as working with people for payment, I am highly satisfied with my experience. Rent increases are a little steep, but it is a price I am willing to pay for the area.

Poor maintenance! There was mold in the apartment when I first moved in and it was never addressed. The foundation around the apartment need repair because water runs under the foundation into the apartment. The wait time too get a request handled can take up too a week or more if your not consistent too call the main office. The customer service in the leasing office I'd completely unprofessional and needs too be addressed. Every time I go the office with concern it is disregarded.

The location is pretty good. its on two major bus lines. Close to the beltway and subway. There are lots of places to dine nearby, a library, supermarkets, urgent care centers, gas stations, schools and playgrounds. The part that is average is the grounds or a little below is the office staff, the price of the apartments, and maintenance. people are constantly getting put out and their belongings left on the sidewalk. Notices are left on the doors of the apartment buildings way too often.
