This place has beautiful landscaping bout the building I toured was a funky mess.. it was dirty and very smelly. The apartment was ok but I cant imagine walking in that building every day! The laundry room looked horrible

The only good thing is the clean scenery. My refrigerator broke and it took 3 weeks to get a new one. My pant needed touching up but they switched brands so the pant doesn't match exactly. My ceiling leaked twice, on the second time it took 4 weeks to get my ceiling redone. The washer and drier are broken 5/7 days. Lord don't get me started on the ROACHES they try to get rid of them but they're still there no matter how clean we keep it.

It has been very hard to have maintenance repair or replace things that are broken or old. I am also dealing with a roach infestation and I did not have roaches before I moved to this community.
