My husband and I have lived here for 28 days. Within that time our stove has broken, the dishwasher stopped wo Read Morerking, the stove is throwing out extremely hot air, and now BED BUGS. When the appliances stopped working I had to call at least 5 times to have someone come out and fix our stove (3 times for the dishwasher). Each time I called I was told that someone would be out "within the hour", "very shortly", "sometime today". Seriously, I get if the maintenance staff is busy but don't tell me that someone will fix our appliances if they're not coming. Now we have bed bugs. I am very certain that we didn't bring them. My husband and I have never lived in a place that has bed bugs. I don't think they even clean the apartments before new tenants come in. Save your money and go somewhere that the company actually cares for their residents. It's going to be a long next 11 months with this company. I wish we signed a shorter lease!

The maintance staff is slow and does very sloppy, lazy work. The outside contractors take shortcuts with upgra Read Moredes, the balcony was only painted on one side, bottom lock not , can't see through the new peephole. The assistant manager is rude and not very helpful. The manager does not follow up and other employees are new and clueless.

First off, management is horrible. Trying to get in contact with someone to address an issue can be a nightmar Read Moree. There are always new faces in the leasing office every time I go and no one knows how to effectively handle issues. Second, the cleanliness of the area is a joke. There is always trash in the hallways and in the street and only one cleaning lady who comes once a week to clean every single building. The neighbors are loud, kids are always in the hallways smoking and playing around.
