by far the worst place I've ever lived in, trash pickup is every two weeks they have 550 units so you can imagine how filthy the trash bins and the surrounding area where the trash bins are not to mention the smell during the summer is so horrific that the smell goes through the vents and into your apartment, they have mice Behind the Walls and those things are huge you can hear every time the mice run around or fight it is the most horrific sound it's like a dying animal in your living room, maintenance isn't bad they come right away but the place is so old and outdated everything is constantly breaking, the neighborhood itself is not a safe neighborhood for children it is not a safe neighborhood for the elderly it is not safe to have pets there are nasty used condoms all over the parking lot syringes and needles God knows from what are everywhere cars are constantly damaged by other tenants and children playing baseball or basketball in the middle of the parking lot and in between cars, management is absolutely horrible leasing stuff is horrible they add extra charges after you sign the lease and in many cases they will overcharge you and instead of giving you a refund they simply credit the money towards your next month's rent and sometimes they forget to do that, I never got a walkthrough of my apartment before moving in it was the most disgusting unit I have ever seen I had a wooden brick holding up my toilet in one of my bathrooms the tiles in the bathrooms were cracked the doors to the closets were all crooked there were mice droppings in every single cabinet in the kitchen they did not paint the apartment before I moved in the carpet looked like it was put together in pieces you could actually see missing pieces of it and the floor itself under the carpet had massive holes and Nails sticking out my friend who was helping me move in stepped on a nail and had to go to the emergency room. the neighbors are absolutely ghetto

the worst management team you can possibly imagine, the most disgusting development I have ever lived in, management claims trash pickup is every week however it is bi-weekly there are 500 units in this development so you can imagine what the smell is like during the summer when the trash bins are overflowing and rodents are spreading the trash all over the parking lot the smell is unbelievable. the units are very much outdated the mice infestation is absolutely horrific it's like having a roommate that is constantly loud jumping and banning something inside the walls it was unbelievably scary, the neighborhood itself is not safe the neighbors are not all friendly majority of them are constantly fighting and arguing among each other getting into drunk fist fights and for the most part turn on loud music in their cars in the middle of the night the amount of fighting and arguing between Neighbors and their guests in the middle of the night is unbelievably scary cars get damaged packages are constantly stolen and maintenance is always quitting they cannot keep maintenance from quitting, they do not allow a walkthrough you're basically getting a cat in the bag when moving into your unit you have no idea what you're stepping into, their accounting department is really messy and unorganized you will always have additional fees charged to your rent which you have to reconcile every single month the utility bill which is $60 a month is added into your rent however you will never accumulate more than $40 worth of gas and they never refund the money or roll over for next year they keep it which is technically theft they overcharge for water and they charge for trash pickup which is hardly ever picked up there's glass and condoms in the parking lot right by your cars some are right on the sidewalk needles and syringes everywhere having a pet in that development is incredibly dangerous, teenagers randomly attacking elderly tenants this place is crime Central

I transferred job location, so I'm new to the area. I found this location on a website during my search. I made a tour request online, and a I received a follow up call from Chloe the morning of my appointment. The visit ,and walk through with Chloe was professional,and had enjoyable conversation about the 2 units that I was shown.

They jerked me around for a month about getting an apartment, I finally gave up and now have a much bigger and better apartment than anything that Chartley showed me.

Don't rent here for all service they charge you and they don't specify it in the contract they just want money

The front office is unprofessional they add false charges to your bill we need someone else over them that we can talk to about the front office please keep all your receipts they might cant tell u were extra charges come from but they will have to tell the judge
