The rent increases here have always been too much. However, this year was just ridiculous! They raised my rent by almost $200 for an apartment that they have never once offered me any kind of upgrades for! Not to mention all the problems Ive had. Ive been here since 2016. Parking, BGE and trash fee are all ridiculous! You can easily find a better deal elsewhere. Dont move here!

This apartment community is not the best in the area. They rent to group homes, transitional homes for young men and the property isn't very clean. Cigarette butts are all over the place and the breezeways have paint peeling off of the railings, dirty siding and broken stairs. All of which the community management and maintenance are well aware of. The property management leaves alot to be desired and aren't very honest when it comes to addressing concerns. This property used to be really nice and clean. It switched to Kushner group management several years ago and it has steadily gone downhill since that time. There is loud music in the parking lots all hours of the night and the smell of marijuana is pervasive around the community complex. For the price of these apartments, I would advise you look elsewhere in the area, as there are much nicer apartments with greater value and amenities within 5 miles of this complex.

I would recommend this community to the working class population that intend to keept he properities appearance at its best interest. This community provides living standards of a higher expectation. I don't mean to sound bias of others situations, but, if you work for what you get, you learn to appreaciate it and you become mindful of the significance of the upkeep and keeping crime down and RIF-FAFT out.

The Apts at Cambridge Court look cool as a visitor. Living here hasnt been nearly as nice. The problem I have found to be most frustrating the entire time is the parking. I shouldnt have to park all the way up the street. Sometimes Ive even parked around the corner. Also, I dont understand why my BGE bill is so high. I live in a one bedroom apt. The trash fee is stupid too. My apartment is directly across from the dumpster. It makes no sense to me to be charged 25 dollars for them to come get trash from in front of my door during hours that dont work for me anyway. In all honesty, I have very little to say about this place that is nice. Its been a more stressful experience than anything else. Them asking me to fill out this survey is just yet another waste of my time.

Cambridge court is really right in the middle of everything in white marsh/nottingham. You are never far from something to do or eat. The maintenance team have been helpful, courteous and efficient whenever things have broken or malfunctioned (which has been unfortunately kind of often?) On the inside, the apartments are modern and well-furnished; definitely better looking than competitors in the area. On the outside, i think they are okay. The landscaping is fine, but i think there's a lot of trash and litter to be found if you look. Overall my experience has been good. I would likely recommend these apartments to others.
