We like living here but the road condition is very poor specially in our street they had fixed last year in patched after rain too much water stand on the road

They do everything they can to make you feel welcome. Any maintenance calls or questions are answered timely. Everyone is so friendly. The complex is kept clean and orderly. They are always having activities to make us feel special.

The rent has gone up by $60 dollars each time I renew my lease even though I have never been late on a payment nor received any complaints.

The complex is very quiet and the property is well maintained. The office staff is nice and very helpful. I have had to call for repairs and they came right away and fixed the problem.

The apartments are nice and clean. Rent is fairly priced. The staff is nice too your face but what they say to you us not actually what occurs. Get things in writing. Maintenance should be free but they try to charge for things claiming you neglected them. Fix things yourself unless you wanna pay triple the price for something simple.

I have a problem with the manager. I submitted a notice to terminate lease early as required. My last day to officially move was October 13,2013. I was asked if I could have everything moved out by Sept. 25,2013, I complied. Another tenant wanted a three bedroom apartment. I was told my rent would be adjusted. I moved everything out by Sept. 25,2013. In November 2013, I inquired about my deposit refund. The Mrg stated refund would be sent 45 days after lease ends (nov. 26,2013).
