    overall has been a nice place to live, though i have given 8 months in advance of needing to leave 3 months prior to lease ending so they can have a tenant ready to move in when I move out...they are holding me to the lease even though they require 2 months in advance notice (while still on lease)! whats that all about. I thought I was doing them a favor by notifying way in advance. Still hoping they come through for me. Though I still gave them a Good rating.

    Office manager is very weak, has no people skills whatsoever. A Scandal going on in the office with former assistant being indicted for fraud. For the most part when residents need help with something the office staff puts off doing anything unless of course JMG is due in town.

    What They Tell You In Person Is Not Actually What Is Going To Happened. Was Told About Early Lease Termination And Rent Was Prorated For 4 Days Cause They Would Not Let Me Move Till Then And Wanted Me To Pay For 13 Months And 12 Months

    When I first moved here back in 2010, the manager we had then didn't seem to care about the property the way he should have. Then when the new manager came to Mill Pond, everything is changing for the better. She really cares about how the property looks and the apartments. The walls inside of the apartments were painted a nice color and new carpeting put in that really compliments the outlook of these beautiful apartments. Thank you Mill Pond for caring.

    The apartment complex is nice, well maintained (save for the dog and duck pooh), but the management lacks communications skills, and the rent is high in relation to local resident's incomes.
