Dont live here. Both management and maintenance are negligent. They take forever to respond to your requests. Read MoreI once came home to a nearly flooded apartment because maintenance took 5 weeks to look at my shower knobs. They always wait for the situation to get worse before they show up. I have had a hole under my sink for months because they are still waiting for the contractors. It took 9 months for the trash chute to be fixed after it was broken. There is no accountability here and I believe this is why everyone is doing whatever the heck they want.

The lack of professionalism and the poor up keep of this community is incredibly sad. It was often that you ha Read Mored to put in multiple request to have something repaired and then it wasn't always repaired but the note said it was. The building lobby was a hang out for those who didn't have anything better to do and the noise level to include the conceigre was so loud you couldn't hear your own tv if you lived on the first or second floor. When it snowed the snow removal was done very poorly.

Once you move in you have to deal with rambunctious kids playing in the halls & on the elevators. Your mainten Read Moreance requests aren't answered in a timely fashion. I had mold growing in my apartment through the air conditioning unit & they made it seem as if it were my fault. However, instead of placing the unit in quarantine since it was partly due to the HVAC system they just changed the drywall & left. Also, there were roaches everywhere.
