The Flats at Wheaton station is a great place to live. The prices are good for a modern, up to date apartment and it has the amenities most other places. Its in a great location so its right near everything you would need. The leasing office hours could be improved since there isn't a concierge, but overall a good place to live.

In the short time that I've been here, I've enjoyed my experience. I really appreciate the location of the apartments. I'm within walking distance to the metro (train and bus), grocery stores, malls, etc. The facilities are pretty well maintained and any issues that I had with my apartment were solved quickly and efficiently.

The Flats at Wheaton is a great complex. The location is great, it is modern, and it is quiet. My only issue is that there are a lot of hidden fees.

The location is great. I don't necessarily like the turn over management. The wall are super thin and you can hear everything in the apartment above you. I feel like for the cost of rent the apartment building is not all that. The layout of the apartment is great.

Been here at the Flats for a month and very pleased! Maintenance came in during Easter weekend to assist me with the heat and was very professional, prompt, patient, customer-focused and customer-oriented. Love this place- the BEST!!!!
