Even though I have enjoyed my stay here at Brinkley House, I believe that the parking rules need to be amended. I believe that all of the tenants should have the ability to have temporary visitors passes for their guest. I stay in a one bedroom with my boyfriend so that leaves us with only one visitors pass for 1 guest. I also believe small pets should be allowed for a small monthly fee. Also I believe the apartments need some renovation improvements.

I have had several maintenance problems that have not been addressed. I have reported these issues but I no longer bother with calling due to the fact the problems have not been fixed. The parking is terrible. You will receive only one pass even though there are two people listed as lease holders with two separate vehicles.

Our stay at Brinkley House has been good overall-Maintenance needs are met timely-Any and all other problems or concerns and handled appropriately by rental management and staff.
