Marlborough House

I love Southern Management. It is a wonderful place to live. I have been out here for almost 8 years and I wouldn't trade it for anything. We are an integrated community that is free of drama. We have elderly, young, black, white, etc. We all get along. I feel safe. We have a guard gate and our guards check everyone who come in. We have cameras all over the complex and I love it. The rent is a little expensive, but then again, you pay for what you want. The office staff is wonderful and friendly. We have minor problems like everyone else, but nothing that can't be fixed. The proper is very clean and I have no complaints except the elevator that breaks down unexpectedly a little more than usual, but they are working on that. Other than that, we have one of the best complexes there is in Maryland and the staff takes very good care of us.

Overall it's nice place to live if it wasn't for the roach problem it would be perfect.

My husband and I love living at marlboro house our experience has been very positive it feels good coming home to a nice clean community that's clean and surrounded by friendly people and a nice rental office team that refer to you by name.

I would recommend Marlborough House to anyone. Very nice place to live.

It's not a lot of drama it has its moments when it gets loud, I would love to see people dogs and animals. My mom doesn't come see me because she knows only cats are allowed and she is scared of cats. But please try to fix the apartments up way better they look terrible! Only my kitchen is nice.

The property manager could be more visible in the building. The maintenance workers could do a better job of fixing things. The roaches could be handled better.
