We have lived at Hampton Plaza for nearly right years in four different units. When we first came here, the apartments were nice, staff was responsive and friendly. Over the past two years, the building itself has been under constant repair, as it was undoubtedly not well maintained and is over some 47 years old. Currently, we are experiencing almost constant drilling, electrical and water issues and very drafty old windows. We are paying over $1K\ month and feel we are wasting our money. We would not recommend Hampton Plaza! We advise looking elsewhere, outside of Towson!! Too much money for too little comfort!

Like 99% of all corporate rental properties they do not want people who have a criminal history. It is very difficult to find an apartment when the Management does not want you
