Older building and so some fixes could be better - ie wall patches, repainting. But, overall the building is Read More pleasant to enter and VERY clean.

Ruxton Towers-Towson Resident
The Property Manager, who has only been at Ruxton Towers since October 2016, has been overseeing the care of t Read Morehis building as though it were his own home. Requests for needed repairs/service are responded to ASAP and with great satisfaction to this resident! An added bonus is the new state-of-the-art HVAC system and the new double-pane windows, all of which have made my apartment so very comfortable. BTW, the new windows have made our apartment virtually sound-proof to outside noises!!

The maintenance staff are quick and friendly. I like the fact that utilities are including in the price of ren Read Moret. Very dog friendly. The walls are not paper thin, I can play my music without worrying I am going to bother them. I feel safe here.
