Cedar Gardens & Towers Apartments & Townhomes

I love the large bedrooms (I have 2) and 2 bathrooms. Large living room and dining area. The entrance to my apartment is large with wall to wall closets. I also have a closet in the living room and both bedrooms ( a large walk-in closet in my master bedroom). A large balcony off of the living room. A gourmet Kitchen. The grounds are kept up all year and the landscape is beautiful and kept up to perfection. A new fitness center added this year with 2 large TV's is very convenient.

Landscaping, maintenance, office staff,amenities, location and overall community among residents

I'm into year 4 of my residence at Cedar Towers. The past 2 years have been horrific. The mice infestation is an issue. The mice have eaten through the seek and sealing materials. I report it, still an issue. The main entrance has been closed over a year, area looks abandoned. Mailboxes are broken into on a regular. No security staff, as when I moved here in 2019. Can't have no deliveries sent to your home, theft. I was charged amenities fees 2019 and 2023 renewal they're charging everyone another $80 amenities fee. Time to go! Please fix the mice infestation. I pay my rent on time every month for 4 years, my rent for a Studio with white appliances no washer or dryer in my unit no microwave central air and now MICE with the water sewer $1167 00. For 1 person.. stay away...

I lived there for seven years and I basically with somebodys living with you and they deceased and you tell them ahead of time it doesnt matter how they feel the way they just treat you any type of way mean in the give you five days if somethings not right if you better be on a leash if youre not on the lease is extra days but its crazy

I pray I never have to rent with Morgan Properties again. I was charged for a carpet cleaning and unit cleaning after moving out as if I trashed the place. No one ever told me or reached out to me about this. My deposit was almost $580+ and my refund is showing as $23 like WOW that is highway robbery!!! I am so disgusted about this. I have lived in many places and not one time have I not gotten my security deposit back but yet it's like I'm being penalized for moving on and so they don't have to pay they take the money from you to accommodate the next person. I turned my keys in a week prior to my leaving and a week later my apartment was listed so that should tell you right there that I obviously didn't leave in such a manner that I had to be charged $375 of my security deposit for them to move the next person in. It's like I basically paid for someone else to live comfortably all while they take my money. I'm so disgusted by this and yet they ask you to give a good review when you move in only to get this time of nonsense when you move out.

I absolutely am enjoying my stay at Cedar Gardens. I wish I had known about them sooner. Totally worth my while. It is everything I respect and appreciate in a rental community. It's cleaned daily wonderful service, good class everything teastfull done, quiet and Super cute, fine living. The staff and tenants respect each other's space. And I feel safe. These are huge points for me. The maintenance team is top knotch.. They respond fast and is very respectful and efficient. From start to finish this is absolutely just a comfortable place where you can love where you live. Resident and Staff are respecting one another. The staff are truly professional and gifted, they are effectivly handeling there business everything is tastetfully done. And The customer service is in all areas; on point.. I am pleased with Cedar Gardens Apartments. I love living here.
