The Townhomes at Diamond Ridge

moved in, and right out has bad mice infestation they try to cover up. maintenance left mice poison my dog eat and got sick. The washing machine did not work the 3 months I lived there, moved out, changed extra clean fees for appliances I was not using, and could not clean because mice running around. I caught 10 to 12 in 3 months smh. Ask for a walk through before moving out. I never heard from management, and I now get emails about fees from management and jetty. which want monthly payments to pay them back for the claim file. don't waste time maintenance goes around daily trying to keep complex clean, but all people do is throw trash all over, and they don't have the pest uncontroll, so people even got roaches in their unit.

Love the area and the townhouses. Staff was really nice and welcoming.

I struggled giving this place a three because the property management is not easy to communicate with. Ive been waiting for almost Six months for my new dishwasher. Someone came out to fix it weeks later it was broken again (doesnt power on). The children I. The neighborhood are very disrespectful they curse, bounce balls all hours of the night, adult neighbors are also considerate they sit in their car all hours of the night with their phone plug to the aux cord and you can hear all of their conversations. The people who drive cars have no consideration for children riding bikes and playing in the street the speed off and fly down the road, sometimes people dont even stop at the stop signs. The houses are thrown together and priced up ! My ceiling in my living room leak and has water damage. The amount I pay for rent is not worth it. This development is one step above living in the projects I know because I lived in the projects in the 90s. I wouldnt recommend anyone to move here if they want peace of mind and a nice place.

My experience was horrible

The townhouses are beautiful however they were quite unconcerned about there being dog poop all over the sidewalk. I had to step over several spots to get to the home. Showing unconcerned about that tell me that you aren't going to be concerned about loud, rude neighbors.

I wouldn't recommend this development to anyone.
