I had a great experience. I loved my apartment. Any problem I had was fixed right away. And the customer service was always great.

Took the morning off from work to take a look at the apartment, got reminder emails . When I arrived I was told no apartments was available for the date I wanted and there wasn't a model for me to see. Not professional at all.

DO NOT MOVE HERE PLAIN AND SIMPLE THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING AND NOW THAT I'VE MOVED THEY STILL TRYING TO GET PAID OFF ME FOR THEIR LACK OF EVERYTHING. THEY DIDN'T GIVE BACK MY WHOLE SECURITY DEPOSIT, BUT THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE TRYING TO SCHEME. I TOOK PLENTY OF VIDEO OF OUR PLACE SO I KNOW THE CHARGES ARE BOGUS ALSO I'M TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW I GOT A COURT COST WHEN WE WERE ON MONTH TO MONTH FOR THE LAST MONTH AND HAD TO PAY BEFORE BEING ALLOWED TO DO MONTH TO MONTH. THEY ARE A HUGH RIP OFF BUT NOT GONNA GET ME. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

My experience in Tuscany woods was awful. The leasing office tries to manipulate residents in every possible way. Initially, I was told that I would get one apartment and they did some manipulation and ended up giving me a different one saying that was not available. Different people in the office gives different information and they behave very rude to residents. Apartments are kind of ok but the leasing office people play all the games to frustrate people. Not a friendly place to live.

After one month of living here we notice there was an mice problem my 5 year old son would leave open snacks in his book bag and the mice would eat holes through his book bag just to get the snacks. .the mice occasionally ate through our bread as well ..terrible experience....maintence wasn't bad and the staff was okay. ..location was great and school district is one of the best in the county
