I lived at the complex for 15 years and the last owners, the Kingsley Associates were the best. They made seve Read Moreral upgrades to the grounds, as well as adding grills for the residents. Also, pets are allowed and they built an area for them .
The inside of the apartments have all been upgraded and are some have walk-in closets that are very large. All the appliances are stainless steel and the floors are dark laminates.
The staff is friendly and a Manager lives there which makes it nice. Plus the staff numbers are listed if necessary. I really enjoyed living there.

I have a hard time finding parking sometimes, and the laundry room (the washers and dryers) need some TLC
