    My family and I lived there over a year, I LOVED the workers, maintenance and some residents also! We always got help ASAP whenever, if ever there was an issue.

    That's a nice, peaceful and clean place to live in. They always walk extra miles to satisfy the residents over there.

    I lived at the complex for 15 years and the last owners, the Kingsley Associates were the best. They made several upgrades to the grounds, as well as adding grills for the residents. Also, pets are allowed and they built an area for them . The inside of the apartments have all been upgraded and are some have walk-in closets that are very large. All the appliances are stainless steel and the floors are dark laminates. The staff is friendly and a Manager lives there which makes it nice. Plus the staff numbers are listed if necessary. I really enjoyed living there.

    I have a hard time finding parking sometimes, and the laundry room (the washers and dryers) need some TLC

    Landlord pays water/hot water, and sewer. Tenant pays electricity. Dogs and cats welcome, come see our dog run on property! 6 minute drive to Montello MBTA commuter rail station and 8 minute drive to Holbrook/Randolph MBTA train station, for convenient access to Boston.
    Close to Rockland, Whitman, Avon, and Brockton. Stop & Shop is four minutes away and a Wal-Mart Supercenter is six minutes, along with other Mass Merchant shopping including Costco, Ikea and Home Depot right down the road. Near Route 24 and Route 3 with access to I-93 and Route 128. Section 8 will not approve of our rents in Abington.
