I lived on this complex for about three years, the apartments are a bit ok, but the management is terrible. Th Read Moree so-called manager Lian is an hypocrite, she sided with my roommate and they tortured me until I decided to leave before the end of the lease and she made me pay up to the end of the lease. As if thats not enough, in winter they dont bother to shaval the snow, one day I missed work because I had no way I could get out of the parking because the drive way were not cleared. Also they dont fix dead things in the house. If youre gonna or planning to move to this place you better watch out.

This place is run very poorly by the property management. Additionally, you are not able to have window AC's i Read Moren the bedrooms, so you need to spend a fortune on portable ones. They also are never opening the pool again and plan on filling it in and they don't necessarily tell new residents this.The only have cleaners come 1 or 2 times per week into the buildings, and they mow the lawn about 2 or 3 times the whole summer.This will defiantly be a short term living situation for me. The best thing here is that its right next to the trail.

I requested same thing that needs to be done over and over, but nothing is happening. They basically don't c Read Moreare at all. Noise from the street and all (above and sides) are unbearable. Landscape and exterior maintenance looks poor also.
