Crown Pointe Apartments

I have lived in this hidden gem for over one year. My experience at Crown Pointe Apartments has been incredible, thanks to the outstanding management team led by Cynthia. Located conveniently near routes 9 & 202, it is in an ideal location for those associated with the five colleges in the area. My apartment has newer appliances, a new carpet, a modern bathroom, and an A/C. The common areas are immaculate, with lovely landscaping, laundry facilities, and plenty of parking space. The neighbors are quiet but very friendly. Overall, Crown Pointe stands out for its commitment to quality and tenant satisfaction, making it a great place to call home.

I've lived here for almost 3 years. The location and price are good. It takes multiple tries to get calls or messages back. Ive waited months to get things fixed. The walls are very thin. Most of the neighbors are great and courteous to each other. We do have a lot of issues with noise. If you get a loud neighbor you won't get much sleep. My building is right next to the intersection so the traffic can be loud during the day. Super lucky in that traffic isn't busy at night. I've been looking to move

The apartment and area is super nice! Everything works great and the studio is perfect for my boyfriend and I. The only noise you can hear outside is because it's on a main road. You can also hears doors closing and people walking up stairs but other than that everyone is quiet and respectful.

I am currently waiting for a unit to become available. Management..(Cynthia) has been great keeping me informed and updated.

I really love this apartment. The maintenance is very quick when requested and the whole staff is really nice. A very convenient location: close to the post office, dentals, stop n shop, restaurants and etc. Although its a bit far to UMass, if you have a car its a quick drive. The bus is coming as well but I preferred driving to School. The kitchen is nice and updated. Apartment is clean. I was living alone in this apartment and its a safe place to be living alone. Overall I love this place.

I love this place! The staff is amazing, manager and maintenance people. Anytime I have a question or need help with something they respond within the day. They take very good care of the property and landscaping. Everyone I have met in the complex has been very kind and welcoming. The location of this apartment cannot be beat! CVS, Stop & Shop, Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds and Antonios Pizzeria are all within walking distance. I had to relocate unexpectedly during COVID-19 and found this place within 2 days and I couldn't have found a better place. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
