    Construction. All. Of. The. Time. Months of in-unit renovation and outdoor work happening all around you non-stop with no end in sight. For over a year. It's even worse with the paper thin walls here. The place looks nice, but between the massive rent hikes and the noise, I'd avoid this place at all costs.

    I loved living in this building. Very good location, and decent enough space for the price. Although I had several friends in the building who seemed to constantly have some issue with management, I did not have any and loved being there for 2.5 years.
