    I lived at 160 for two years. Living in this building is tolerable. Neighbors are fairly decent people unless they have a dog. Then you learn to hate them. The apartments have a unique layout often being two floors but the fixtures are cheap and break often, the area smells like the bread factory on a good day and rotten Chinese fish produce on a bad one. The absolute worst is the management company. Absolutely vicious property manager is the cherry on the cake
