Everyone in the office and maintenance is courteous and polite. The residents are the same. The property is ke Read Morept clean. Any repairs around the grounds are well communicated.

Hancock village was constantly invading our privacy to do maintenance work. Often times they would leave light Read Mores on after doing maintence work and once they left our door unlocked and all the lights on after working on our apartment. We came home from work to find our door wide open and lights left on that we did not turn on that day. The most unnerving part was that when we complained management shrugged us off.
There was never consistent hot water. We took many cold showers in this apartment.

Loved the location and the cute townhouse set-up, but unfortunately lived in a unit that controlled the boiler Read More for 6 other units. Any time heat was lost, maintenance would have to come into the apartment to fix it - which would be at all hours of the day/night. They "replaced" the boiler at one point, which involved weeks of maintenance folks coming in and out of the apartment, tracking in the dirt, which we would have to personally clean up.
