The Huntington loves pets and welcomes up to two (2) pets per apartment. Maximum weight limit is 60 lbs. There is a monthly fee of $75.00 for each dog, which cannot exceed 60 pounds in weight and aggressive breed restrictions apply. For our furry felines, there is a monthly fee of $50.00 for each cat. Our Pet Spa located conveniently on the lobby level is awaiting their use. For more information, please call our leasing office.

      love it here. Enjoy meeting people when we're just relaxing or grilling in the court yard. And the staff here from the offices to maintenance has been wonderful!

      Building is beautiful and new but package service never works properly, residents are inconsiderate to others (let there dogs poop in the hallway and leave it) because the leasing office is in another building next door and they know they can get away with it, rent it is overpriced for the space and you have to pay separately for every single utility

      The building is in very good quality and snow removal is timely. The office staff are usually helpful and friendly. The small apartment gym is adequate. The other residents are usually quiet and considerate. There are sometimes nice social events organized by office staff. Maintenance usually tries to respond quickly. However, the application process to become a resident is slow and the website does not always show the actual units available. The renters insurance required is also higher than necessary for a small apartment.

      Animals in the resident lounge on furniture leaving dog hairs not ok Delivery being left on tables in mail room rather than being put in dedicated room not good Children occupying resident lounge screaming running using it as a play room is not good.

      Poor construction quality. Handling of mail services is the worst I have seen. Minor things that are to be taken for granted are not there.

      I love it here. The location was already perfect but my unit is just lovely. I love being able to walk my dog in a great little neighborhood. Building management has been prompt with any minor issues and I'm very pleased. The building is very well kept, always clean. I think the only small things I'd mention is I wish the gym was a little bigger, and I wish that parking was all assigned as it is at the Tremont. But otherwise, I have no complaints. Renewed my lease without a second thought.
