Vivo is a great place to live in a very young, up-and-coming neighborhood with easy access to Beacon Hill, Boston and Massachusetts General Hospital. There are plenty of restaurants, including one in the building, and lots of outdoor recreation nearby. The building has a large secure bicycle room, a dog-washing station, a socialize room, and state-of-the art fitness facility. There is also an Orange Theory physical training company as a ground-floor tenant. Excellent architecture featuring large expanses of glass in all the apartments makes this a cheerful place to live. The pass-through lobby is elegant and functional with two passenger elevators for the 8 story building, topped by an attractive roof terrace complete with built-in grills and refrigerators. I love living here!

All amenities are great, pretty clean fitness club and lounge, with decent parking space. Unit is spacious, well-designed. Some parts of the unit were not really clean so I just needed several hours to clean them (especially floor and window). But these issues are not that big deal, overall I'm pretty satisfied with the Vivo apt.

A great place to live conveniently located. Acess to the. M.B.T.A., the mall , mit. Kendall sq.the muesum of science mass general hospital. It has great amenities. A beautiful roof top view. Good people living and working in and around VIVO

I love how Brendan and the Vivo crew always respond so quickly and efficiently, and as a bonus... they are extremely friendly. They are one reason I renewed my lease this past year. I can't imagine living anywhere with a better maintenance group.
