    The management made a 10:00 am appt for my boyfriend and I to view an apartment. we showed uo for said appt. And no one was there. No phone call or email to let us know they were running late

    Stay far away from this place. Seriously. For the price youll pay for rent plus ALL utilities plus parking, it is SO not worth it. The office staff are cold and dismissive and act like youre bothering them any time you go down there with even a small issue. The walls are paper thin, and the apartments are drafty and cheaply constructed. The lobby smells like a fall candle or room spray, but the actual hallways often stink and the carpets and elevators/elevator rooms are not cleaned as often as they should be. I had more issues with loud, disrespectful neighbors here than I ever could have imagined. It was an absolute nightmare to live here, and just one of the worst decisions Ive ever made in my life.

    I moved into a brand new unit. It was already very clean and I had to minimal cleaning of the fridge and cupboards. I lived there for 39 months. My second year's rent was actually decreased to keep current residents happy. I actually recommended the complex to a lot of people, one of which who ended up moving in. I still continue to recommend Parkside Commons. The office staff was very friendly, I felt safe in the building and it was maintained well.

    Parkside Commons is clean, safe and well maintained. I also like it because it has garage parking, a full size washer and dryer in the unit and is close to Boston and public transportation.

    Too much noise No security Take too long to fix services Once you sign with them they don't care if you call for a complain or need services Not a place to recommend to leave in
