I've called, left messages, and have never received a single reply. or call back I tried for days and weeks on end. They do not get back to you to at least discuss your renting situation, available openings, etc.. I can only imagine if I lived there. The apartments look nice, but who' can know the details with a lack of response. It's just common curtesy to reply or respond. I think they shouldn't advertise on RENT if they aren't willing to return calls, voice mails, and emails...

Everyone has been very helpful. I went by the development and it seems that there are a few residents that have strong opinions sitting in the lobby. It looks like a place I want to live but I dont want to be around people that have nothing better to do but complain. Maybe the nice ones were in their apartments. It looks quite fancy for low income housing. My name is close for or with a Section 8

I have not heard back from Shirley Meadows. In having to select one option to cover a place I have not seen yet, I chose #3 to try to be neutral.

I received a verification of application and was assigned a number within 10 days of mailing my application. Everyone that I spoke to was pleasant and informative. The facility looks wonderful and well located for easy access to town or to Rt 2. PMM
