Promises are not followed about their specials, they have many ways to say no. My start is with lots of surprises

Make sure you see it before renting: the floor plan provided to you may not be accurate.

The team made it easy to choose Avalon at Lexington Hills with their professional but personal approach. The community is excellent and I would definitely recommend it to families with young kids.

I had an unpleasant experience in here. The noises coming from the roof were bothering my family since the first night we moved-in and continued until as I wrote this (10 days). The management came to check the noises on daytime, but the problem appeared during the night. That noise sounds like a motor, shattering the whole house and lasted for at least 2.5 hours. They do have 24 hour emergency maintenance, but they never came to check that around 8:00 PM. I have no idea of why that didn't come to check that noise that is appearing at night. I may revise this review if they address this issue in a timely manner.

The people in the leasing office were extremely helpful, with excellent follow-up, which made the entire move-in process much easier.
