I lived at Lumiere since it opened in 2014. It has since changed property owners twice but I will focus on Lincoln Management group now. The units don't have adequate sound insulation, the residents in general aren't considerate of others in regards to this and piling up trash in the trash rooms rather than putting their trash down the trash chutes. The onsite management is poor... the property manager always has an attitude, is not friendly and hardly accommodating. The property has excellent amenities. The rent in my opinion is high; it keeps going up at least $100/ year which is now competing closely with the price of living in the city.

Julie the manager was extremely RUDE to me on numerous times while lived there,TV in lounge only worked 50 % of the time,hallway air-conditioning and heating were terribly irregular.Garage floor disgusting at times,

The building is incredible and all of the public space is very well maintained. The pool, gym and lounge are great options and are almost always available for use. Staff is friendly and the maintenance crew is exceptionally quick to fix any issues.

I love the location of Lumiere and I really enjoyed the paint night they had the other night. The building is kept very clean and they are very prompt with maintenance requests. I wish they provided drinks and snacks at the paint night.
