It is an older neighborhood of only 40 homes in a cul-de-sac between a local high school's football field, a local protected animal sanctuary and a creek with only one major street along one side that has all of the businesses and restaurants we would need.

The schools in the community are good, the kids are happy every day, and it's easy to pick up the kids

It is close to everything and full of amenities. I would like more bars and resturusnts to go too. I like going to all the parks near by
