All the services was terrible. Manager and staff is not helpful and rude. Never come to stay in this place again. Bad experience

The ventilation could have been a lot better, as a non-smoker with asthma, my apartment constantly smelt of smoke, which made it rather unpleasant.

I am unhappy that things are not fixed properly, I still have a closet door that is not working properly also I am weary when maintenance enters the apartment unannounced and for no apparent reason. ie: (no scheduled maintenance or maintence calls placed by myself or my fiance'.) Several times my neighbors have told us that maintenance has been walking around our apartment. I strongly suggest changing your policy that when anyone enters an apartment they leave a note stating they were here.
