We've stayed at Hathaway Farms for nearly 16 months now. We really loved it when we moved in and though we sti Read Morell like the place, the grievances we have just seem to be adding up. The rent has gone up significantly and is not worth the rent anymore. The appliances are old and broken and so is the heating system. The dish washer is rusted and breaking up. The refrigerator is old and gives problems all the time. The staff is nice and they are always on site but they only come up with temporary fixes for the appliances or for anything we call them for. For the rent the residents pay, the management should at least replace the old appliances with newer ones. I know 4 residents who left Hathaway Farms in the past 12 months for this reason. We might be next. Our neighbor is also done living here. If you decide to move here, I will recommend you get all the appliances changed - the dish washer, the oven, check the washer/dryer if you rent that from the management, the refrigerator and also the carpets. Get the windows checked for any leaks because it will never get fixed later. Again, the staff is nice and so is the community but it is has been a frustrating experience so far. Considering all the grievances, the rent should be at least $500 lower than what they ask for. Recommendation for the management - Stop coming up with temporary fixes and please replace the appliances.

Therefore, please contact our manager as soon as possible so we may talk through your situation. Our goal has always been to provide extraordinary services to our leaseholders and to promote the utmost enjoyment of their homes at HF. This goal remains.

The staff was excellent. They're on-site and always helpful and courteous to any needs that I had. The locatio Read Moren was very good - just a mile from the downtown area and very close to Walmart, Big Y, Stop & Shop, etc.
