While we were initially excited to move in to the Laurel ridge apartments we soon realized that not all was as it seems. The management sent multiple notices over the course of the year that we stayed there to all occupants. Notices ranged from the silly (food problems) to reminders about how to act as neighbors. The rent was exceptionally overpriced especially given the amenities you received. There was no washer or dryer hook ups and the laundry in the basement was overpriced.
