King James Court consists of 120, one and two bedroom, apartments for seniors (62 years and older) and people with disabilities. These apartments come with subsidy known as Project Based Section 8. Pine Crest consists of 114, one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments, with heat and hot water included. In addition to affordable rents, Pine Crest welcomes mobile vouchers and vouchers acquired through housing authorities. King Pine offers a fulltime Property Management Team on-site, as well as, 24 hour emergency Maintenance Service, and a Resident Services Coordinator.
