    where to complaint about lady Ann. she just big question paper. asking too many questions to residents but never asked her maintenance people or others they did job well. Clipper just come home sleep and stay on job people is okay. not for family who have kids. no play area for kids, no safety for kids near sea areas. Sea area wide open your kids may fall that safety should there, I empty my home and went Faxon commons after my 6months lease. lease is not flexible. it's fixed lease. Remove lady called Ann. she is racist also not say hi to any kids.

    I wound have given good or excellent but AC was not properly installed. Same was with heating system. due to this Bedroom is never properly heated or get AC. Where as all the heating and AC take effect in hall.

    The rental office and staff were quick at responding to any comments or service orders. They often went above and beyond what was required. For example, I asked one of the maintenance staff if I could borrow a drill to put up a bike rack, but instead he installed the entire thing for me! The other residents were always pleasant and respectful of noise at night. Lastly the gym and laundry room were always clean and never had a problem with waiting for a machine at either.

    Apartment location and condition is alligned with the rent you paid for. However, the Hall way smells stink all the time and I moved out because there were bed bugs in my unit. Once I reported to apartment management, she even tried to blame on me that we were the one who brought it. Although they tried to get rid of by using professional insects company but it didn't work. We had to throw away our brand new mattress and coach. Anyway, I didn't want all those drama and decided to move out.

    The apartments biggest advantage is its location. Footsteps from public transport; close to local eataries, beaches and the sea ( and fresh lobsters in summer ) it also has its own marina on the back side. The apartments are spacious with huge balconies and the staff is friendly. Ammenites are a bit old but they work as expected. Overall a hidden gem for the price.

    We Had A Problem With A Neighbor And The Management Team Took Good Care Of Us. Whenever There'S Any Issue They Respond Quickly And Pleasantly.
