The apartments are located in a nice community, very safe consisting of mostly med students and working professionals. Heat an water are included which is very nice, considering my only utility bill is electricty and cable/internet. Shrewsbury is an independent town, in the fact that the cable/internet/phone and electricity are all owned and managed by the city. So no FIOS or comcast but the prices are cheaper and almost never a power outage. Maintenance is pretty quick. Parking could be better.

I'm currently living in these apartments, and I think it's a decent place to live. It's in a great location, very quiet, and the apartments are spacious. There's a big parking lot and some vegetation, so if you like walking, you can walk around the buildings and in the parking lot (it's safe). There's a pool and a tennis court. In the apartments, the carpets and walls are clean but the kitchen cabinets are sticky, old, and icky. The appliances are old, and the dishwasher doesn't clean dishes well. Maintainance is very fast, they come as soon as you call, but they refuse to do anything that's not maintenance. For example, we asked them to replace the dishwasher because it's old and doesn't clean dishes properly, but they didn't. We also asked them to replace the disposer (it stops working every week and we have to call them) but they refused to do that. Overall, we've had a positive experience here, and it's worth the price.

Its not worth the money here. you have maintence blaming tenants when things break. Than the management staff makes you feel be little and makes you feel un welcome here. They say they are willing to work with you but they don't. Example our dishwasher isn't working correctly. They put tang in it and started. Which i dont understand why they use tang. i feel its a fire safety issues.
