I have lived here 3 years and the property has had ups and down for sure. The takeover in December was tough but I went in and spoke to the manager and got the real story. He was very helpful, understanding and most importantly he is working on results. I hope he keeps his word but for now - I personally have seen positive changes!

Coppermill was great.. the POINT is NOT. do not move here.. dont be fooled by the great reviews they changed management in November of 2018 . stay away!

The buildings are spotless and smell nice. There is AC in the hallway is very pleasant, not stuffy or stale.
