I have had some issues with noise from other tenants, which was addressed but the walls are very thin, if there was better insulation I would not be able to hear the person next to me in their bedroom at night. Also being on a lower level the noises from above are very loud, all the time. Understandable being under people but people that have visited commented that it seems to not be insulated well.
The laundry machine was out of order for a very long time, and some repairs have taken a while.

Maintenance worker was extremely rude when asked about things in apartment. People were constantly walking around late at night and I did not feel safe. Also the buildings were filthy and not modern at all.
