I've been lived here for 2+ years. Waltham Overlook was great, but not anymore. Tod's phone number is the only Read More information you can find on internet but he does not help at all. He'll ask you to contact someone else and they would not answer any phone calls. The new managing team ignores your call and text, and there is no way to contact them (no email available) regarding to lease renew, move out, etc.
Our lease is ending soon and I'd like to reach out to them for possible staying, but with the way it is, i am not going to. There are so many empty rooms that they try hard to rent out. For some reason they ignore people who already lived there. It is a very nice neighborhood and people who live here are nice and friendly. But be prepared for the team who does not care besides taking your rent.

Keep things the way they are. It works great. If something is changed for the better they do it.
