Impressive views facing the river. Staff is always friendly, polite, warm hearted & aways trying to please. This is quit remarkable. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. I Love the place.

Except for certain annoyances (see above) I love my apartment. I also love the design of the building, the super-hot showers and reliable heating system. I enjoy living at Charlesbank very much.

A wonderful place to live. Dog-friendly, with a wonderful walking trail by the river right outside. The apartments are nice and quiet and clean.
