Its a business, extra storage cost money. Look at your lease and look at all the add ons. Rent goes up every year. Your best bet is to get friendly with maintenance staff. Half the people who own dogs do not pick up after their dogs. Neighbors above where loud even rolled a bowling ball one evening. Section 8 housing was accepted (its a business) and some of the tenants where very questionable. If you have no where else to go then go here, otherwise shop around. We will miss some of our fellow tenants, but extremely glad we left.

I really DO love this place! I am so happy they changed management when they did! It has been cleaned up, ie: dog park (which people should do on their own, by the way), swimming pool is cleaned and checked daily, the new maintenance, office staff and management are amazingly genuine, polite, and responsive. They have 24 hour emergency phone coverage, even on weekends. As a former property manager, I gave 5 stars because I remember the scars and secrets of former management literally falling onto the dining room tables of horrified guests, or the downstairs toilet backing up into the upstairs tub. UGH, one time it was frozen shrimp left in the microwave of an empty apartment IN THE SUMMER! Yeah, 5 stars for these guys on every level!

Little bit expensive for the area and Maintanance concerns where not addressed in a timely manner.

Excellent staff, friendly neighbors, quiet and peaceful, usually plenty of parking (parking near your unit sometimes doesn't happen). The free heat and hot water is also a great bonus, since I like my apartment super warm in the winter. The washer & dryer hookups in each unit are a huge convenience, too. Salt-water pool and fitness center are very well-maintained. Great location - near many really good restaurants in Southwick. Rent is a little pricey, but worth it.

Despite giving advance notice and signing the form to cancel automatic withdrawal of funds from my checking account towards Rent, money was withdrawn even after I moved out of the apartment leaving me in a very bad condition.
