      I was treated very poorly by Carolyn, the manager of property. Treats anyone with disabilities like they are a lower class, and despises renting to 40B, or housing voucher tenants. She turns tenant against each other through gossip and discrimination. At first place looks nice but apartments have now insulation and mold, maintenance is a joke too. I wouldn't recommend living here.

      I wanted to move into this place but the way that they figure rent makes no sense to me. If I chose a 15 month lease and had moved in April 15th my rents would have been about $2,600 a month. But I could only do a 12 month lease which would have made it $3,600 a month. They said that they go by what they think the rent will be in a year

      The large rent increases each year do not reflect a loyalty to customers who have been here for years and are timely with payments and cause little fuss.

      Don't use a bullhorn to get people to move their cars. Have their cars towed at their expense.
