The price and amenities are nice, but the floors are paper-thin. I can frequently hear my downstairs neighbors fighting, laughing, etc- clearly enough to make out words. I also have problems getting hot water in the bathroom due to the low flow faucet heads.

I thought I would be able to relax here but, all I hear is loud music and kids yelling, other than that it is pretty good here.
