My family and I been here for 2 years and all I can say that the property manager tends to do a lot of housing discrimination. Like she would rather rent to people with money, elderly and Spanish people instead of people with disabilities and low income white people. Its a nice place to live but its so difficult getting an apartment upgrade or if youre trying to get in here because of how she discriminates people.

Called and was told that two apartments were available and to fill out an application for a tour. They asked for information like some social security number, and I never heard back. The call will hang up or go straight to voicemail. I am starting to think that this apartment complex may be a scam.

Either Rent.Com or Courthouse Loft neglected to make sure that no apartment is available. Please revise to prevent from misleading.... Thanks

Indeed, they are very rude and the comments are true. I made a phone call to them asking for availability. They hang up the call like within 1 second.

I sent in a request and I was told that there are ZERO available and will be put on a waiting list of about 3-5 years time to wait.
