      I have been trying to get in touch with someone for almost a month now and have no had a return call or email. I am very frustrated as I am looking to move ASAP and was really hoping to make Redwood Hills my new home.

      My husband and I lived at Redwood Hills for 4 years. At first, we were very satisfied with the living space and the grounds. We overlooked minor inconveniences like one laundry room, over flowing dumpsters and noise. The woman in the office (Linda) was so friendly; she knew each resident by name. Once Linda left her position, the property slowly went downhill. People treated the halls like personal waste areas and dropped litter everywhere. The cameras were removed from the property leading to an increase of suspicious activity - drug sales, drug use, lewd acts - in and around the parking lots. It got so uncomfortable, my husband used to meet me downstairs to walk me up. We were also subject to seeing drug bags in the hallways and a rotation of strangers in and out of the building. We called the local police department to come investigate. It's unsafe and the property manager (Amy) doesn't respect the residents. The dryer was out of order over 3 months before it was repaired only after emailing the CEO of the Hamilton Company and cc-ing the property manager. There is a common area with gas grills and picnic tables that are basically used by the same large group every weekend - more people than what is allowed per the ground rules. Same with the pool. Don't even bother. It feels as if you are intruding on someone's personal party. The real deal breaker was when our apartment experienced damage from an ice storm. We lived with a hole in the ceiling/wall for upwards of 4 months before I had to give a 30-day notice that we would withhold rent until the damage was repaired. The repairs were completed in the next week. The rent is astrological compared to other properties in an around Worcester county and I can assure you it's not worth it. Save yourself and look elsewhere. I can guarantee you'll find more value for your money.

      Overall a great place. A major complaint is that being on a second floor apartment it was very inconvenient to have the first floor and third floor tenants be smokers, as we were not and could not use our balcony due to that.
