Location is great; repairs are quick.
However, the design is flawed - kitchens do not have windows or real Read Moreexhaust, and have electric stoves (no real cook would want one over a gas stove) - leading to smoke detectors going off and false alarms in the building often.

The heating was terrible, and most of the shower equipment were shoddily produced. I always felt as if the pl Read Moreace was going to fall apart soon. Also, the "free" internet prohibited me from using my video phone.

My apartment was broken into because there was insufficient security. I lost all of my valuables. Management d Read Moreid not admit fault and was not very understanding AT ALL.

This building is filled with low income housing and there is a very unpleasant element. They have tried to dr Read Moreess up the outside of the building to lure people in, but it is all a sham. The gym has no temperature control (no windows, just fans that don't work). The elevators are unreliable (I lived on 7th floor). Fire alarms go off at all hours of the night. Not a pleasant place to live. It is a shame, because the building has potential.
