    Located at the Clinton Trail and within a mile of downtown Auburn Hills, shopping and restaurants and beautiful parks. The variety of units and the service from the office and maintenance is excellent! We love the large room sizes and upscale finishes. The beautiful fireplace is a bonus!

    Location, location, location! We can walk to beautiful downtown Auburn Hills, two scenic parks with the Clinton River winding through and the Clinton River Trail is steps away. Shopping within a 5-minute drive includes Meijer's, Walmart, Dollar Tree and Grand Tavern Restaurant plus many other stores at Marketplace Circle. Our newer apartment complex has many floor plans to choose from and condos are being built alongside the apartments. It is a very quiet and safe! We have lived here 4 years and have absolutely resolved it's our retirement home!

    This place is to high priced with minimal service. The first year we lived there we had snow coming in under the windows because they werent sealed or caulked. The w Dishwasher didnt work and the balcony door frame was broken. This was supposed to be a new place never lived in. It was more like a slum. Never waste your money on one of their places
